Guest bosbax Posted November 25, 2005 Report Posted November 25, 2005 Had the conversion for 12 months now and opted for the torroidal tank assembly, there is no problem in carrying the spare wheel as you can stand it upright behind the rear seats, there is just enough room with the tailgate shut.Put the wheel in a large polythene sack and using a ratchet type strap placed around the seat-back/wheel,just tighten up.Does not infringe on anyone sitting there and it is easy to remove when needed. Guest MATT Posted November 25, 2005 Report Posted November 25, 2005 yeah that sounds a good idea, pop the spare in a nice bag, then strap it to a seat on the 3rd row :) MATT Quote
