Hi, has anyone got vag.com in the north wales area??

 

I have an ignition key that needs programming to my 1999 galaxy and my aux heater doesn't work so I could do with the faults checking over. It was showing 4 deg C yesterday and the heater didn't come on so I pressume theres a fault.
