Lowering My Galaxy

hi there peeps im new here

i just got a ford galaxy ive always had moded cars but need a family car now lol

but cant keep it standard

i just put a set ov 19 inch alloys on and now want to lower it.

how low would i be able to drop it with out it rubbing???

i have looked at the springs and they do a 35mil and 50mil....
