Remote Central Locking

:o Hello. My battery went flat in my key fob which I replaced. Since then it no longer works. Is there some sort of code I need?

How long did it take to change the batteries,,,,,,,The correct way taken from the owners handbook,

 

1. Put key in drivers door turn to unlock 3 times holding the key in the unlock position for 1/2 second on each turn,

 

 

2. then take key out of lock, point it towards the rear veiw mirror and press and hold down the unlock button then press the lock button 3 times, then let go of the buttons,and the key l.e.d will flash five times,

 

The little l.e.d on the door will flash 5 times if successfull, if it does not flash (stays on continues) it was unsuccessfull, all remote keys must be programmed within 15 seconds of each other. using the method at no 2 hope this helps :o
