Radio Dead

Problems with the radio, the radio goes totally dead 6000 RDS model

 

If I remove then insert the fuse, it fires back into life asks me for the code and all is well again

 

This has happened a couple of times this months

 

Any similar problems or ideas ?

 

I'll change the fuse as its not that tight
