Ivor_E_Tower Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 On facelifted models, each side of the dash-top central storage "bin" has a serrated vertical "partition". It looks as if some sort of accessory should fit into it - perhaps a pen holder. Does anyone know what these serrated bits are? Quote
bushm Posted July 16, 2003 Report Posted July 16, 2003 Perhaps it's for storing sticks of celery. HahaFord beat Vauxhall yet again! If you saw Clarkson's review of the new Vauxhall on Sunday's Top Gear you'll understand the joke. Quote

Eddie Posted July 28, 2003 Report Posted July 28, 2003 The older model has a similar slot that look like a pen holder in the door of the top glove box. Any one know what it is for?Eddie Quote

Another?Maybe! Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 Trouble is, anything you put into these two top dash storage compartments gets red hot on sunny days... so I wouldn't fancy the chances of a pen! Not much room for anything else either. PeteR Quote
