Alarm Not Working ?

a friend got a 2002 fosus

the alarm fitted don't seem to be working.all the lights flash etc when you use the remote to

disable & enable it & it makes all the right signals

 

it don't actually go off & immobilise the car though

if i put my hand on the siren i can feel it set it's self but no noise comes from it.

 

 

it's a scorpion alarm

any help would be great

sounds like the processer in side my have failed give elecro systems a call there the distributors for scorpion and gt alarms in the uk but have the symtoms and model of the unit to hand :rolleyes:

You will find you have remote locking and that is it

It flashes on deadlocks etc
