Abs Ring

Hi

 

The toothed ring for the ABS has come apart and I have been informed that I cannot buy a new one on its own I have to buy a new CV joint :blink:

 

Has anyone found a way round this as

It is the only way I'm afraid. I have heard of this happening before, but never heard of any other fix for it.

I am changing both my CV joints becouse if I drive it hard round a corner it clicks a bit so will have the old ones with the rings on them, one CV I will keep as it is good but the one that clicks is of no use to me if you want the ring give me a shout,

Looking at the new CV's it looks like the ring will just pull off.
