Starter Motor Removal

Hi all, I searched but could find no answer, what's the procedure for removing and refitting the starter motor for an overhaul? 2.0 1996 petrol manual.

Remove engine undershield, disconnect starter wiring (after disconnecting battery), remove two securing bolts, withdraw starter motor. Refit components in reverse order.

Jack up the car, remove the under shield, locate the starter motor, remove the wiring from it, undo and remove the two bolts holding it place and remove it, take it apart and refurb it or get someone else to do it? then reverse the procedure to replace it :)
