Masked Marauder Posted June 18, 2005 Report Posted June 18, 2005 That is about spot on price wise for a private sale for a 110bhp where I am, but prices can vary a little around the country. Quote
steve67car Posted June 18, 2005 Report Posted June 18, 2005 :o got your mail greg i think personal going from your current gal to this one its a lot of cash for little benifit if you jump2-3 years and lay out 3.5k and yours aint that bad from what i saw when we meet up in may :o but its your choice so i do think you will choose correctly for your self regards steve :D Quote
gregers Posted June 18, 2005 Author Report Posted June 18, 2005 thanx for the replys guys the main reason im thinking of changing is the fuel costsim roughly putting Quote
Masked Marauder Posted June 19, 2005 Report Posted June 19, 2005 That is low mileage for a TDi. I would buy it for that from a dealer if it was a 110bhp, no worries. It should say that the engine number is AFNXXXXXX on the log-book if it is. As for fuel consumption you will be looking at about 45-50mpg. But if there is no service history for the 60K miles cambelt change then either get them to do it or get it done soon. Next one after that is 120K miles. Quote
steve67car Posted June 19, 2005 Report Posted June 19, 2005 fair comment greg as i said you are the one with all the facks but do a mileage check and when you know excactly what yours is returning then compair that against a diesal then work out howlong it will be before you recoupe so money taking in to acccount diesel is now dearer than petrol :o :o regards steve Quote
