SOME THREADS HAVE MENTIONED SENSORS , COULD THE CONDITION I HAVEPOSSIBLY BE A BROKEN WIRE OR DUFF SENSOR , OR WOULD THIS NOT GIVE THE ABOVE FAULT. I HAVE MY MOT COMMING UP SOON CAN I TEST FOR ANYTHING MYSELF IF SO COULD YOU DETAIL HOW , AS CAR ELECTRICS ARE NOT MY STRONG POINT. THANKS IN ADVANCE DIESELALHAMBRA  Quote
Guest MATT Posted June 15, 2005 Report Posted June 15, 2005 I CAN HEAR YOU LOUD AND CLEAR! no need to type in caps - gives the impression of shouting  . MATT Quote
Dieselalhambra Posted June 16, 2005 Author Report Posted June 16, 2005 Caps lock was on, no reference to shouting. As you can see its off now. Can anyone help with advice on my problem. Quote
Karapaul Posted June 17, 2005 Report Posted June 17, 2005 I had the same fault on my Gal.I traced it to a break in the wire from the NSF sensor.Stripped the wires, soldered them back together and wrapped the repair in insulation tape - no more ABS light problems now. I hope yours is as easy to fix..... hopefully not a knackered sender. BTW, a VagCom would identify where the fault is. Quote
