Door Rubber Seal Strips

The end of the door seal on the bottom of the drivers door has come away because the little rubber lug has busted (due to my over zealous cleaning).

 

Cost of a new one?

 

Cheapest place to get it? (don't suggest FordCarParts.co.uk!)

 

Or a quick fix tip from you guys that can save me cash (you see I'm learning because in days gone by I'd go and spend my cash only to be put right by you - too late though).

 

Waiting to hear about this very complex and technical matter :huh:
