Seat Belt Tension

Hi

 

I have a late '01 51 plate Galaxy 1.9TDI Ghia. Now its about 6 months out of warranty.

 

Some time ago the drivers seat belt was replaced under warranty. I recently noticed the nearside front seat belt wasn't retracting properly and today took a twist out of the belt behind the door pillar trim. The retraction is better but doesn't seem to have much tension over the last couple of feet. The other belts are similar except for the center middle roof belt which has much more tension when retracting.

 

Has anyone had any problems with seat belts?

 

Once the car has been used for a bit I'll find out if the nearside belt retracts ok or not. But I'd welcome any thoughts.
