Air Con Parts Ford Or Vw

Hi. I have a broken Air Con pipe on my Galaxy 2001 Tdi. Ford are out of stock of this part and I was wondering of anyone knew if these parts are the same on the Sharan or Seat.

 

It is the pipe that goes from the compressor up to and under the headlight.
