Hi

I have a 98 R reg TDI Sharan that was fitted with a Garrett VNT 15 turbo which is marked as 454183-1s/n.

The turbo has failed and needs replacing and I have been offered one for this model but with GT 1749V and 701855-2 marked on it.

Does anyone know what the differences are and whether it would fit?
