Guest sufc38 Posted May 12, 2005 Report Posted May 12, 2005 Hi, I'm about to fit a new pioneer head unit and changer, and the changer needs a permanent live feed. Does anyone know the easiest feed to use. By the way totally off the subject, but I work for a motoring wholsaler and we've just started to sell a disposable regas kit manufactured by castrol, comes complete with gauge (idiot proof, tells you if you need to regas, when to stop regassing and when not to regas i.e leaks in system) and the canister contains the coolant, compressor oil and minor leak sealant). Just thought with all the probs Shalaxys have with aircon, it might be a pretty cheap and easy first try at fixing. Quote
Guest stevebm1 Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 I would assume the permanent feed for the radio would be an obvious choice. Quote
Guest sufc38 Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Hi, I'm not sure what it retails at ,but I think we sell them to the trade for about Quote
steve67car Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 your permanent feed for your changer is the yellow fly lead on the head units power lead :o :o :o Quote
Guest sufc38 Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Thanks very much, I sussed it after a bit of trial and error. Thanks again Quote
