Strange Gear Changes & Creeping Forward In Park

Hi,

 

Hope someone can help.

 

Occasionally I get a bit of a growling sound when starting my Sharan VR6 auto and it will try to creep forward when I rev it in park, also I seem to be having some strange gearchanges.

 

any Ideas??????

I hope it's a typo.

 

If I rev mine in drive it flies off down the road :)
