Multi-function Steering Wheel Probs

has anyone encountered a fault with their multifunction steering wheel when the horn,cruise and radio controls fail to work.sometimes it works but more often than not it won't. It's being to the dealer but i get the usual not helpful drivel.any help would be gratefully recieved thanks floz........ :lol:

:) I've not had a problem with mine, dont expect much help from a main dealer if the car is an import... :)

I took mine back the CC worked only when it wanted. They cahnged the switch! It came back with the switch all wonky to the rest of the air bag cover. It went back again and came with a whole new inner wheel no problem since.
