Guest MATT Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 just bought a Vauxhall tigra, for the wife, its got a small problem with the wing mirrors, in that they only electrically move up, and outward, i know it is the wiring loom, between the drivers door and the car that is at fault, as after wiggling them, all directions worked. my problem is that non of the wires look damaged/broken, and so by look, i don't know which wire it is. i have a feeling that it is only one wire at fault, and a wiring diagram would be extremely useful... ...so i ask if any of you have the wiring diagram for the wing mirror circuit in a, W reg, 1.4i 16V Vauxhall tigra. thanks, matt note: i have accidently posted this in GD&N. Guest MATT Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 as i said in the other post, i think these tigra's are a load of rubish, but the wife seems to like it, she says 'i think i will like it like my mini' thanks GSMGuy and MM for looking, and MM for migweb matt Quote
Guest MATT Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 right, armed with a wiring diagram (thanks EVSS) i have had a go at the wing mirrors, and i have found the problem to be in the wires that go from the door to the car body (inside a rubber tube) i have now fixed the wing mirrors, and all works great! many thanks to GSMGuy, MM, and EVSS - you saved me another 70 mile round trip! matt  ps, i know this is not directly galaxy related, but they do suffer from the same problem.
