Replacement Remote Key

Hi all,

 

I do not have a remote key even though I believe my Galaxy (mark 1) has the gubbins to have one.

I am thinking of getting a remote, possibly secondhand and reprogramming it to my car.

Do I have to get a Ford, a VW or even a SEAT one.

 

Does anyone have any advice.
