Karapaul Posted April 3, 2005 Report Posted April 3, 2005 I've installed the 2003 & 2004 TIS s/w and I never saw that error message. It sounds to me as if you have a bad CD copy (corrupt or missing files). If you got it from ebay I would suggest returning it for a good copy or refund.HTHPaul Quote
Guest rapalast Posted April 3, 2005 Report Posted April 3, 2005 I had a problem with a copy of the 2002 TIS. The CD volume name had to be written as ISEN0209 during the CD copy process, otherwise the TIS would not run. Leave the volume name blank when the copy was made (as is normal practise) and it wouldn't work. Made a copy with the correct volume name and it worked fine. Can't remember if the error message was the same as yours though. I guess it may be a different name for the later TIS. Quote
