You will need to unclip the aerial plug from the drivers side window, then look at the very rear of the opening window (D post end) there should be a screw attaching either the latch or opening rod (if powered openers) to the glass? undo this, if you cant get at this screw remove the D post trim and undo the bolts holding the latch or motor in place and remove the whole mech, next lift away the trim from the C post, under here are the two mounting bolts for the front end of the window, remove these and it should fall off! :rolleyes:

on the c pillar is a black plastic trim this will need to be removed, its only stuck on with thick double sided tape and can be pulled of fairly easily if you warm the trim with a hair dryer, behind there are two screws/bolts , its really a two person job but can be done on your own if you are brave :rolleyes:

if you are talking mk 1 then there is a screw through a hole in the glass with a small rubber gasket

im talking about the other end of the glass where u ave a metal strip running down

the full height of the glass

i would add pic but not worked that out yet

sorry about that just looked at mine and it seems to be bonded, on do you not have the hinges on tha new glass (silly question because you would not ask how they come of would you). perhaps some one with a parts cd could help you out with a part number :o
