Clear Side Repeaters

Hey peeps

Just wondered if anyone could help me with a little problem.

I'm looking to replace my standard side repeaters with clear ones but i'm having trouble finding some that will fit.

I have a '97 R reg galaxy GLX TDi. I tried the 'universal' ford ones but they're too short and the longer ones won't fit in the recess in the bodywork :o

Any help would be great.

Try some VW ones...Golf Mk 3 and Polo Mk4 ones definitely fit.

Yes - but are they the same size as the Mark 1's?

MK1 and MK2 side repeaters are the same size, I know this as I have a set of MK2 darkened side repeaters off an Alhambra on my MK1 :o I also have a crystal clear and clear repeater in the spares box :o I didnt think these looked as good as the dark version :o

as stated by the others VW Golf, Passat, polo fit as do most of the repeaters off the latest Seats fit

you can get them on ebay for about nine quid(bought 2 sets)as some scrote nicked mine. :)

:) did a grand job of cleaning and packing them :)

GSF and Eurocarparts stock them as well, and different coloured

ones, blue red green etc etc etc

hi there dont know if you have got them yet but got mine from halfords, think they were under a tenner, easy to fit hope this helps
