Climate Control, Throwing The Odd Wobly

for some strange reason sometimes when my Galaxy is first started I can be driving along quite happily and then my heater starts to blow at full force and will not slow down unless I switch it off for a few minutes. The heater controls on my model are the climate control panel type and is set mostly to Econ however it also happens on auto. Does anyone have any ides what this is all about as other wise the climate control seems fine with no warning signals?
