Green And Orange Cloth Coverd Hose

Hi again

 

Just a quick Queston What do the green and Orange cloth covered hoses go to and come from. Mine look a bit frayed, and i'm trying to do a bit of self maintence before i call in the Pro's. (still too noisy for my liking)

Where abouts are these hoses? Not yet seen any that colour on the car, only in the garden centres and DIY shops :(

The hoses are on a sharan tdi. They run over the top of the engine, at the back effectively under the windscreen. (but they are attatched to other hoses.

 

They both lead into a unit that hangs from a bracket to the left of the battery enclosure (effectively under the windscreen in the engine just right of centre)

 

The hoses go to the rear left of the engine.
