Guest Alejandro Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 I have a remote from a ford scorpio (r reg) which is not needed anymore as I had sold it and forgot to give it with the car. I have managed to find it and wondered if it was possible to programme this control to operate my ford galaxy. I do not have the remote for my galaxy so I'd like to be able to do this. I found an article on here saying that these can be programmed by putting the key into the drivers side lock turning it 3 times and then pressing a series of button on the remote. The trouble was that I cant get into the programming mode (after turning the key to unlock 3 times) nothing happens!!! Maybe I'm doing something wrong??? (something interesting is that this control has 3 buttons; lock, unlock and open boot, I understand the control that comes with the car only has two??? Any ideas?) Thanks guys! Quote
