Dvd/ps2 To Sat Nav Screen

I have a galaxy 2.3 ghia with factory fitted headrest screens, factory DVD player, Factory enhanced sat nav (visteon colour one ) with cd changer in the rear quart. have had local company install PS2 , invertor for PS2 3rd savv screen from roof and fm modulator to listen to dvd/ps2 via radio. To connect all this together they used a SAVV media splitter. Need to give all the detail as it may be pertinent later.

 

have had a faulty dvd replaced by ford and since then the aux feed that used to be grayed out in the sat menu system has now come active. When selected and stationary it looks like its trying to send the dvd output to the screen but nothing actually happens (blank screen) but when I START moving it defaults to not allowed to show dvd etc whilst moving.

 

couple of questions

 

1 can you enable the screen to show dvd/ps2 output whilst stationery

 

2. should this happen by default ? as had the 3rd screen/ps2/modulator & savv unit installed before i picked it up the car so i don't know if they broke it ?

 

lastly have a nokia car kit installed (6310i) which works trough this system also.

 

would like this working whilst stationery is poss
