Guest dazzerdb Posted January 30, 2005 Report Posted January 30, 2005 Have Seat Alhambra 2.0 petrol. Over he last year the vehicle has been on the back of a Green Flag tow truck 3 times. usually in wet weather it would start OK and the after a short journey would stall and fail to start again. Green flag unable to find fault, fuel and sparking OK. (Suspected ECU fault.) Local Seat dealer diagnostic unit shows no fault logged in ECU memory. Vehicle would run fine again when left for couple hours and some damp start under bonnet. Until last week when the vehicle got worse, started then died once warmed up. Wouldn't start again Left it over night and the same again, it would start and die once warm and fail to start for the rest of the day. Left over night and the same again. After reading a number of topics re Galaxy starting problems suggested fault with relay 30 Engine Management Control Relay. A cost of Quote
