Have any of you guys got VAG Com and are within an hour of Gloucester?

ABS light is on, but sometimes it goes off.

I've had a look at the sensor connectors, not tried the multimeter yet (too bloody cold)

MOT in a couple of weeks

I had this problem as well I did 2 things that seemed to solve it.

1. drove the car backwards quickly and applied the brakes quite harshly. (that seemed to stop it)

2. Take out the rear bulbs and clean them? I had al sorts of weird lights doing strange things, and found that my reversing light bulb was corroded. cleaned it up and Hey Perssto all cushty.

GOOD LUCK :D

I am in Glos and have just bought the lead from the US (without dongle). I haven't got my laptop working yet. But, if you have a laptop and can download the software from Ross Tech - I can help. Email me.
