johnb80 Posted January 1, 2005 Report Posted January 1, 2005 Make sure of the following:-1) Aircon is working2) The front passenger footwell is dry3) The performace is what you would expect4) Everything works5) You get a decent warranty that will cover the MAF and Aircon If you do buy it DON'T place a post on here about a jet engine noise coming from the back, have a read up on aux heater first! Ivor_E_Tower Posted January 1, 2005 Report Posted January 1, 2005 ..and check that auto transmission is OK and that you get a warranty that covers it as well as the aircon, MAF sensor, multi-media system etc. Check that tyres have plenty of tread on them - try to negotiate something if they are badly worn, and check that they are worn evently across the tread. Almost forgot - check no noises from front suspension over bumps (worn anti-rollbar drop-links). Quote
