Power Loss ?

Hi. I fitted a Maf sensor to my Galaxy Tdi Ghia just under a year ago. The car has done about 9000 miles since this was done. The trouble is, I`m sure the performance has gone off again, just lately. There is still a fair bit of pull and the car hits maximum revs ok at least up to and including third gear, but it just seems flat, that is compared to my L reg Peugoet 405 td estate. It doesn`t feel sharp like it used to. I`ve checked all the air pipes or breather pipes and there are no new sounds, like air hissing from leaking pipes. Maybe I`ll disconnect the battery for half an hour and see if for some reason things improve. Anyone any ideas ?
