pj_andrew Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 I thought the air vents behind the handbrake were used for rear ventilation but I now find that there are vents down the left hand side of the boot space for that. What are the vents behind the handbrake for ? Quote
Mussey1 Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 As far as I am aware, the vents in the boot space only operate when the rear heater (controls on roof) is on. The vents behind the handbrake should work to heat the middle row of seats. Mussey1  Quote
Eddie Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 The vents in the very back left are controlled by the rear heater switch (in the roof). The vents behind the hand break are controlled by the front Quote
Guest martinkerr Posted May 27, 2003 Report Posted May 27, 2003 i just checked again, seems i was wrong, OOPS! Dont ask how i managed to get it wrong but i did sorry :D Quote
pj_andrew Posted May 30, 2003 Author Report Posted May 30, 2003 I have climate (not dual) and the air comes out of the front vents, the vents in the rear left panel and a very small amount from the handbrake vents (only when fan is full blast). Quote
