Dave-G Posted November 22, 2004 Report Posted November 22, 2004  Aha,you like many of us bought aftermarket pads? to fit gals with 16" wheels? :o The aftermarket guys aint got the right ones for the year 2002 minor facelifted models, and generally wont have pattern parts untill a car comes out of the manufacturers warranty period. I got mine from ford @ Quote
Guest fredt Posted November 22, 2004 Report Posted November 22, 2004 IIRC After the face lift in 2000 2.8's were fitted with larger disc and calipers in order to cope with the increase in power! from what I can gather in the end the larger parts were fitted across the range Quote
davewill Posted November 22, 2004 Author Report Posted November 22, 2004 Thanks for your helpI got a refund on the original pads, and my mechanic mate has ordered the correct ones Quote
