Andrew T Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 Go for it , I managed to get Vauxhall to pay 75% of the cost of the premature failure of the cam rollers on our Vectra. Write to Ford Customer Relations stressing your loyalty as a customer, the full dealer history and your disappointment in the quality of their product.
GSMGuy Posted November 9, 2004 Report Posted November 9, 2004 This Kia had only done 40000 miles and been serviced regularly by a main dealer and was only 3 months out of guarantee. Why would Ford want to pay for repairs to a Kia?? On the subjuect of Kias, my Father in law had a Sedona TD, which has just thrown a rod @ 25000 mile - it's an 04/04 car, and Kia have rejected his warranty claim, as the last (Dealer) service was 127 miles overdue!!!! Mike
