Sunroof Tilts But Not Open

Hiya all

 

i also have a problem with sunroof it tilts ok but does not fully open any ideas could it be a relay or a switch on the roof runners or do you think the runners are dirty any help would be much appresiated as ive just brought the car collecting it this wednesday and would like to get that sorted first

Have you tried manually opening the roof? with it open fully you could inspect the guides and see if there are any points during the operation that they stick? you could also see if it would close fully from the switch and if it will open/shut when the global closure system is operated

otherwise its a case of checking the switch is ok, the wires in the loom are ok, the relay is ok and so on............. have fun!
