Vw Polo Squeal

Sorry for the off topic question but my daughters 1.0 polo pertol is squealing badly. does not really sound like normal water pump squeal but more with a vibration poss at distributor end.

 

any ideas,

Just been for a run and works fine less squeal on load. Is there an idler pulley/ tensioner on the camsfaft belt ? sounds like the niose a pulley on a plain bearing makes when it chatters when free spun.
