Guest MATT Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 hi, Does anyone know how to get the inside door covers off the 'facelifted' ford Galaxy models. i need to know mostaly so i can upgrade the footwell speakers - NEED MORE BASS :lol: , and i want to check the electric windows. Ivor_E_Tower Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 See my reply under the "ICE" section; I think you will find that the covers on the door panels and fascia are just push-on so a little persuasion with a flat screwdriver blade or equivalent should do the trick. Hopefully someone can confirm this. Any idea of the speaker fixing centres in the doors, as I'd like to have a go at upgrading mine. :lol: Quote
Guest fredt Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 Door card removal has been covered a few times, do a search on the topic as for speaker upgrades your limited to the size you can install due to the depth of spacein the door before the speaker clashes with the window! and the size of opening in the door and door card you can how ever get upgrade speakers from most good car audio shops to fit in the standard hole standard speaker size is 17cms all round IIRC Quote
