peteread Posted September 25, 2004 Report Posted September 25, 2004 Hi, I see u must know alot about Galaxies n I wandered if ne one could help me with my new purchase?I have bought a Galaxy V6 2.8 Ghia X 4x4 97R. The heating doesn't work only blows out cold but the rear left of the vehicle is roasting!!!Also the prop shaft has ben removed so it no longer has 4x4 capabilities why it was removed I've no idea can NE-ONE help?? Guest stevebm1 Posted September 25, 2004 Report Posted September 25, 2004 the reason the back of the car is hot,but the front not is simple!.the car has 2 heaters one for the front and one for the rear.the front one is obviously faulty,maybe even disconnected,check under the bonnet and see if the heater matrix pipes are conneceted,if they are not,then the front heater was probably leaking and has been disconnected Quote

Tried writing to the previous owner with a SAE? I got a very nice letter back when I bought mine, confirming it had not been accident damaged and had not had any problems. Quote
