Try changing your pollen filter, changed mine today and its made a big difference to the air quality in the car. The filter looked like it had never been changed, took a bit of fiddling but well worth it, and only cost me

Do you have your ventilation fan running all the time, when the aircon is off? Check cabin air filter and that the recirculation switch is working correctly.

Ideally, you should have the aircon switched on all the time that the outside air is above 2 degrees C. Are you sure that you don't have an under-bonnet exhaust leak that is drawing fumes into the cabin and making you drowsy?

no..... it just seem that there is no air in car.............? aircon works fine. i just feel i need to have the winddos open all time.......... when my friend got in the car( he suffers from hayfever) he just seem to be all block up and when he got out he was ok.................................?
