Will it affect power?

if you can tell you should be a test driver for an F1 team! the loss is not so great that you would notice it

 

And is it worth the outlay?

depends on your yearly mileage and length of time you keep it for

 

How much can I expect to pay for a good conversion?

shop around, get recomendations from existing customers

 

Is it possible to convert without fitting an internal gas tank and loosing the internal space

B) Hi Spark,

I am currently running 2.8 v6 towing a caravan, i am happy with my conversion, as explained by Fredt, consider how many miles / length of time keeping car to break even with cost of outlay of conversion.

I have found them to be very helpful, as well as converting vehicles they are also a major distributor to the majority of the smaller garages that do Lpg conversions, also a gentleman there nick named the "Colenel" a mind of information ref Lpg goes round the country to various garages that have problems with any conversions.
