Ka-headlight/indicator Fault

hi, my wife has a 1998 ka,when driving with the lights on,

and indicating (left or right) the headlamps have started to go off then come back on again,

could this be a indicator/ headlamp relay or faulty earth?

any help would be appreciated :D

...or a lose connector into the indicator stalk? Try taking the steering column shrouds off and checking, then follow the wires down towards the firewall/bulkhead.
