If you mean the aux drive belt as the Galaxy has electric fans then yes I have seen it changed and it wasnt that hard :D you need to remove the engine under tray as you need access to the lower pully's , then detension the drive belts auto tensioner by sticking a fairly long M8 bolt into the threaded hole in the tensioner, this is located at the top of the head on the drivers side http://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/Forum/uploads/post-62-1089656098.jpg only insert the bolt enough to loosen the belt and no further as you can damage the tensioners mounting bracket if you go to far! with the belt loose, remove it but remembering the way it was routed! with the new belt in place remove the M8 bolt to tension the belt and test run the engine to check all is ok before replaceing the engine under tray aux drive belt tensioner picture by MRT. hole with arrow is where M8 bolt is inserted Quote
