How Do I Know If My 06 Galaxy Is A 130Hp Or 150Hp Engine?

Hi all about to change pads and discs on my MkII 2006 automatic Ford Galaxy 1.9TDi but realized whilst trying to order the parts that there are two engine variants.  A 130hp and a 150hp, how do I determine which one I have?  Thanks in advance Pat
