ranger263 Posted October 19, 2017 Report Posted October 19, 2017 (edited) Good evening, Due to an expanding family, I've just dipped my toe into Galaxy ownership with a '07 plate 2.0 TDCI. It has a lot of toys, someone must've gone mad at the dealer as everything seems to be electric.First fault found : Drivers electric window will only go up in stages. I have to repeatedly press / pull the button to make it go up or down, and the one touch is not working. I've tried the variety of methods of re-programming the window, but none have worked yet. I'm hoping it is because the battery needs a good charge as it has been used recently for short journeys. I'm telling the kids that the rear DVD players don't work, though......Looking forward to getting some tips on how to resolve the common gremlins in the system.Jim Edited October 19, 2017 by ranger263 Quote

ranger263 Posted November 14, 2017 Author Report Posted November 14, 2017 The OBD reports a window position sensor out, so it's something to live with. This car is shocking to start in the mornings. It runs for 7-10 seconds and stalls - it just might do this 2-3 times before it stops stalling. It's like driving a tractor. Quote
