mrben Posted September 8, 2017 Report Posted September 8, 2017 Hi chaps. Can I get away with putting a cheaperwithoutid in? The recommended one is £10 for a litre bottle, but its getting through that in a couple of days. Can't get a new rack on just yet, and thinking/wonderingif cheaper fluid is ok for steering to work?...without knackering the pump Cheers. mk2 diesel Quote
sparky Paul Posted September 8, 2017 Report Posted September 8, 2017 It's a low viscosity ATF, you can get cheap stuff. Just look for the Ford N052146-VX00 or N052146VX00 equivalent in the spec. You can get a gallon of cheapo for £19 delivered on ebay. Quote
