Smaller Vacuum Pipes That Supply Servo?

How many of these pipes should there be? Iv replaced vacuum pipe for to servo because it

was split. Brake pedal still stiff and at the top after a couple of pumps, same as before. I'm thinking

that maybe there is another hose split or even missing? Do the other smaller pipes effect the braking?
