Faulty Parking Sensors

Hi,

 

In my 2007 Ford Galaxy Ghia the parking sensors have stopped working. When the car is started the parking sensors let out a long beep and the "On" light flashes a couple of times before switching off. 

 

What could be the culprit?

well its either 1 sensor gone down or a generic wiring fault to them all?

iirc they are all pretty much the same on any car,again iirc if working correctly you should hear clicking noises comming from each sensor.
