Flappy Posted January 7, 2017 Report Posted January 7, 2017 My 2012 Galaxy 2.0l tdci is going to ford next week to have some diagnositic checks to see what is causing the powershift box to intermittingly feel like the clutch is slipping. I have heard that Ford have extended the warranty on the Powershift gearboxes and clutch to 5 years/100,000 miles due to problems people have been having with them. Does any one know if this is correct and if my car would be one that is covered by this warranty and what is actually covered. I can only find little bits about this on the internet and most of them are only related to fiesta's and focus's. Any help would be greatly appreiciated as Ford have warned me that i could be facing a bill over £2000 for a new clutch or even more if gear box is faulty. Thanks Quote
