Removal Of Mk2 1.9 Tdi Oil Sump

Hi All, can any one help ????

 

i have to removethe oil sump and i have 2 x bolts that i can not get a socket or a No 5 pin  in it. i have used a wobble extention on 1/4 and 3/8th  and still no joy.\do i need a spscial tool to remove the two bolts  that are next to the gear box.??
