Egr Cooler Coolant Pipe Part Numbers

Hi

Can anyone help . I am looking for the part number of the 2 pipes from the EGR cooler. I have tried on line and with ford and vw but cannot get the pipe that goes from the side of the engine to the egr cooler.

In this link it shows number 16 but I have a pice of pipe not 16 and it comes off the back of the engine not the side.

Ford and vw have the same parts list and can't find anything else.

Hope I make sense and will try to take a photo later when the wife is back with the car.
